Find the app version and build at the top of Privacy & Licenses or Quick Start & Help. Include both, your OS version, device model, steps to reproduce and any error message. Prefer an anonymous synthetic sample. Do not send patient names, identifiable screenshots, full DICOM studies, review files containing patient-related anatomy, or clinical records in ordinary support email. The developer receives information you choose to include; contact the same address to request deletion of correspondence, subject to applicable retention obligations.

The app supports native iOS/iPadOS 18+ and Apple-silicon macOS 15+. It opens the documented uncompressed single-frame monochrome DICOM subset. A scan that lacks required geometry or uses unsupported compression needs a compatible export from its source system. Model proposals and measurements are not clinically validated for diagnostic use.

Quick Start & Help is available offline in the app, including before a study is open. It explains the four workspaces, supported input, navigation and measurement tools, explicit Save Review…/Open Review… files, and the diagnostic-use limitation. A review file is separate from its original DICOM series and is not a substitute for retaining that source study. Save review work explicitly before closing the study or app.

Fictional review sample

Download the synthetic sample. Unzip the archive, then use Open CBCT Folder and choose CBCT-Release-Synthetic. It contains only computer-generated geometry, with no patient data. It is for demonstrating the software and does not validate clinical accuracy.
