Historical geometry notice. BodyParts3D / Dental Scope geometry is a retired development family and is not in the current ToothForm app package. This notice describes those separately licensed adapted assets.

Source: https://github.com/Yoosseph/dental-scope Revision: 37eb3919436854061c00071b5dc8a494a5a826a7 Source materials retrieved October 10, 2026. Dental Scope selected and simplified BodyParts3D tooth meshes, added modeled tooth-specific crown relief and internal anatomy, and derived the third molars from neighboring second molars. The pulp chambers and canals are schematic; they were not segmented from medical images. These surfaces illustrate one configuration and do not represent prevalence, apical anatomy, or a patient. ToothForm modifications: meshopt decompression, moderate triangle simplification (relative target error 0.0006), rigid per-tooth orientation, conversion from centimeters to millimeters, translation, recomputed smooth normals and Wavefront OBJ export. Schematic overlapping coronal connector surfaces were added to 54 canals whose source surfaces ended short of the pulp chamber, so the educational display shows continuity. These are visual model adaptations, not measured canal anatomy. No mirrored teeth or scanned canals were added to this model family. Per-file hashes, transformations and connector metadata are preserved in manifest.json.
