SCANNED ATTRIBUTION
Current source-family notice. This copy retains the bundled attribution, processing and reuse information. The licensing overview describes current positions and unresolved distribution permissions.
Native scanned specimens Current separate enamel/dentin/pulp coverage is 32 of the 32 numbered positions. These positions include mirrored and side-unknown class representatives; they do not represent 32 independently scanned specimens. RCAP first-premolar class representatives occupy #5/#12 and second-premolar representatives occupy #4/#13; source side is unknown. See RCAP_LAYERED_ATTRIBUTION.txt. See RCAP_PREMOLAR_ATTRIBUTION.txt for source, display-normal and reuse limits. Kato sources occupy #19/#30; see KATO2009_ATTRIBUTION.txt. Eight OpenMandible positions (#20, #22-27, #29) supplement the sources below; see OPENMANDIBLE_ATTRIBUTION.txt for author smoothing, source reuse and rights limits. ACTA-DIRECT v2 teeth 0164, 0158, 0059, 0056 and 0217 occupy #15/#2, #3/#14, #32/#17, #18/#31 and #21/#28 (class and side inferred by our morphology review, not source labels; each second number is an explicit mirror); see ACTA_DIRECT_ATTRIBUTION.txt. Liao 2018 replaces atlas positions 1 and 16; see LIAO2018_ATTRIBUTION.txt. Toothnroll specimens replace atlas positions 6 through 11; see the separate TOOTHNROLL_ATTRIBUTION.txt for their sources, licenses, original-versus-mirrored identities, and modifications. Bern Tooth007 uses demo 1107; see the separate BERN007_ATTRIBUTION.txt for its source and unconfirmed external reuse status. The three additional specimens below use demo identifiers outside Universal numbering. Tissue colors are display colors, not measured photographic color. These prototype models are not clinically validated. Demo 1001: Micro-CT tooth, Tomo1B (tooth class and side unspecified) Original source: Pereira, Andre; Tonelli, Stéphanie; Antunes, Marcelo Avelar; Miranda, Antonio; Silveira, Frank Ferreira (2020). ds-uct-002: Root Canal Strain: X-Ray micro-CT of four teeth before and after root canal procedure. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3877625 Original scan: Zeiss Xradia Versa 510, nominal 20 µm voxels, before treatment. Public derivative by OdontoIQ: https://odontoliq.com/models/tooth-scan.glb https://odontoliq.com/models/tooth-scan-LICENSE.txt License: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ See ODONTOIQ_SOURCE_LICENSE.txt for the supplied derivative license notice. OdontoIQ read the source at 40 µm sampling, separated enamel, dentin (including indistinguishable cementum), and pulp by density, smoothed and simplified the surfaces, and normalized pose. ToothForm decoded the public GLB, retained all triangles, applied one shared 180-degree X rotation and uniform display scale of 5 to all layers, exported OBJ, and compiled native SceneKit geometry. Display units are not calibrated anatomical measurements. Source segmentation parameters are not supplied. The source enamel has an open/nonmanifold region; small surface irregularities may reflect anatomy, scanning, or segmentation. No additional canal or chamber geometry was fabricated. Demo 1103: RCAP maxillary first molar (side unspecified) Demo 1108: RCAP maxillary central incisor (side unspecified) Source: Prof. Marco A. Versiani / The Root Canal Anatomy Project https://rootcanalanatomy.blogspot.com/2013/06/a-new-microct-based-educational-resource.html Original VXM files: 062_Max_1st_Molar_Versiani.vxm and 062_Max_Central_Incisor_Versiani.vxm, distributed through the project's links. Source terms allow attributed noncommercial educational use. These assets are included only in this local educational prototype; commercial/App Store redistribution requires appropriate permission. No standardized Creative Commons license is asserted for these RCAP files. ToothForm decoded the highest-resolution supplied VXM volume and derived hard tissue using a 60/255 threshold plus the largest component. The candidate pulp is the largest connected internal void from axial hole filling; other voids were excluded. Both masks were smoothed with Gaussian sigma 0.6 voxels and converted to a 0.5 isosurface with one shared rigid coordinate conversion. No canal connectors, synthetic pulp horns, or nonuniform scale were introduced. The mobile export voxel spacings are approximately 91.573 µm isotropic for the molar and 45.786 × 45.786 × 91.573 µm for the incisor; original scanner acquisition resolution is unspecified. Original export dimensions are retained. Axial hole filling stops when a void communicates with the slice exterior. Zero padding and the isosurface create finite canal end caps. Apical foramina, accessory openings, and disconnected spaces are not asserted preserved. Automatic segmentations were visually checked against source slices; this does not establish clinical accuracy or diagnostic suitability.
