Email Sansar Gupta for app support, privacy questions, or a clinical-content concern. Include the app version/build from Office Settings → About & Support, your device and operating-system version, the affected screen, and the steps that reproduce the issue.

Use About & Support → Report a content concern to prepare a report with public build and reference-review metadata. You decide whether and where to share it. Do not include patient identifiers, patient screenshots, medical records, or protected health information in support email or GitHub issues. Support is not an emergency service or clinical consultation.

References and height/BMI

Browse medication references without entering a patient. Published dosage information is static, source-linked, and independent of the optional profile. Denthesia does not compute medication doses, cartridge counts, combined totals, preparation volumes, dilutions, or infusion rates. Review current product labeling and your clinical protocol.

Height & BMI remains available in Local, Assist, Office Settings, and global search. Enter measured height and weight with the correct units. BMI does not change medication references. The app provides the raw BMI, not pediatric percentiles or a diagnosis.

Apple Calculator links open its official App Store page on iPhone/iPad and its guide on Mac. Open the installed Calculator from Search, Control Center, Applications, or Spotlight as appropriate. Denthesia does not send an expression or patient information to Calculator. Office notes and concentration notes are manual references only.

Timers and audio

Allow notifications in system settings for reminders outside the app. Focus, notification settings, device volume, and the selected audio route affect delivery. The in-app timer display remains available if notification permission is denied. Repeating vital reminders continue until stopped or Session Assist is ended, including while the app is closed; stop them before leaving a case.

The CPR metronome is a cadence aid. Confirm its sound is audible. It stops when leaving the event or app and when audio is interrupted or its output changes. Tap Start after confirming the new output. It does not measure compressions or replace resuscitation protocols.

Local information and privacy

The app has no account or patient-data server. The developer cannot retrieve information stored only on your device. Do not remove local app data or Keychain items while troubleshooting. If the app reports a protected-data or recovery error, preserve the current device state and include the error wording without patient information in your support request.

Review the Denthesia Privacy Policy for storage, notifications, local clearing controls, support correspondence, and retained legacy records. Deleting the Mac app executable does not necessarily delete its local data.
